APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
CELESTIAL HEIGHTS
TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Robert E. Jagusch
dated March 26, 1980, has been submitted for a 23 lot subdi-
vision in the Town of Vernon, and
WHEREAS this plat falls within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
plat and has recommended approval, and
WHEREAS objection has been made to the @lat by the
Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations because of
poor soil conditions on some lots for on-site sewerage disposal. 0
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat for
Celestial Heights in the Town of Vernon, and recommends
approval to the Cormnon Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the condition that the objection byf.DILHR is resolved, and
favorable reports are received from all other objecting and
approving agencies.
