DETERMINATION OF LOCATION OF ZONING DISTRICT BOUNDARY LINES
CHESTERHILL AND WESTWO SUBDIVISIONS VIEW
WHEREAS it has been brought to the attention of the Plan
Commission that the B-3 Zoning District Boundary Line includes
five residential properties in the Chesterhill and West&%
Subdivisions in the SE 114 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission can interpret the map
according to reasonable intent, and
WHEREAS it is believed not to be the intent to include
the residences in the business district, and
0 WHEREAS this would place the existing homes in the sub-
divisions as non-conforming use, and
WHEREAS the remaining portion of the subdivisions is
in an RS-3 district. I.,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby determine that the Zoning District
Boundary Line of the B-3 District excludes the existing five
homes in the northern portion of the Chesterhill and West-
Vl€W wed Subdivisions, and includes those homes in the RS-3
District.
