APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
JUST STOP INN
WHEREAS an application for a building permit has been
submitted for an addition to the tavern and residence at
S102 W19570 Kelsey Drive, and
WHEREAS this use is permitted in a B-2 District with
approval of the building, site and operational plans by the
Plan Conunission, and
WHEREAS this addition would not be located in the off-
sets or setback area, and
WHEREAS the proposed plan is to increase the living
area and provide for toilet rooms for the business.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised building,
site and operational plans for "Just Stop Inn" located at
5102 W19570 Kelsey Drive.
