APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
WILLIAM J. GODSELL
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Suburban Surveys
for a two parcel division of the William J. Godsell Property
in the NW 1/4 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS a previous request for a three parcel division
was denied, and a reconmendation made that a two parcel
division would be more desirable, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District and the lots proposed
more than meet the requirements of this district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a two
parcel division of the William J. Godsell property in the
NW 1/4 of Section 32.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to the submittal of a certified survey map to
finalize this division, along with the submittal fee of $25.00
and $200.00 fee in lieu of park dedication.
