APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
DURHAM TRUCK AND AUTO
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Dale Pelzek
for a Conditional Use Grant to permit the operation of an
automotive body work and painting shop known as Durham Truck
and Auto Body at W124 S10391 124th Street, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS this use is permitted in this A (OHS) district,
with a conditional use grant, and
WHEREAS there is an existing 4' x 8' flat wall sign on
this building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a Conditional Use Grant
for Durham Truck and Auto Body at W124 ,510391 124th Street
with the condition that there be no outside storage, including
any parts or disassembled vehicles.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval includes the
existing 4' x 8' flat wall sign which meets the requirements
of the zoning ordinance.
