PCR1981039RESOLUTION #P. C. 39-81 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION DON DIXON WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a 200' x 165' division of the Don Dixon property with an existing tavern/ hall/residence, located on Racine Avenue in the SW 1/4 of Section 32, and WHEREAS this property is presently zoned RS-2 (OLR) (overlay lake recreation), and WHEREAS the location of the existing building is 20' from the proposed south lot line, which would be non-conforming, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this sketch and has recommended approval. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for the one parcel division of the Don Dixon property located on Racine Avenue in the SW 1/4 of Section 32, subject to the condition that the south lot line be located a minimum of 30' from the south wall of the existing building. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be receptive to the submittal of a certified survey map to and $200.00 fee in lieu of park dedication. finalize this division, along with the submittal fee of $25.00 City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted MAY 5 1981 Defeated Deferred \
