DENIAL OF REVISED BUILDING. SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS ~~ ~-~ ~ ~-~~ ~~~~ ~ ~~

M. F. BURAZIN CORPORATION
WHEREAS plans have been submitted by M. F. Burazin for
the addition of a 45' x 70' building to be located 39' to
the east of the existing 100' x 70' building at W189 S8224
Mercury Drive in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS this building is not attached to the existing
structure on the lot, and
WHEREAS this building would not be used as an accessory
building, and
WHEREAS tihere are two existing businesses in the principle
building, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
plan and has recommended denial.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of M. F. Burazin
to construct a separate building at W189 S8224 Mercury Drive
in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park because it would not
be in harmony with external design and land use as it affects
this property and adjoining properties.
