ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
MARY FRIEDE
WHEREAS Mary Friede, W128 S6333 Berger Lane, has
requested permission to construct a 24' x 30' unattached,
second garage structure on her property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reason-
able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) of the City of Muskego does
hereby approve the request of Mary Friede for a 24' x 30'
unattached second garage structure at W128 S6333 Berger Lane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design
of this second garage shall be compatible with this resi-
dential neighborhood.
