PCR1981035RESOLUTION #P C. 35-81 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE RON HILBERT WHEREAS Ron Hilbert, W124 S6398 Hawthorn Road, has requested permission to construct a 16' x 20' unattached, second garage structure for storage purposes, to replace an existing shed on his property, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reason- able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architectural Control Board) of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Ron Hilbert for a 16' x 20' unattached, second garage structure at W124 S6398 Hawthorn Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with this resi- dential neighborhood.
