APPROVAL OF FREESTANDING SIGN
VFW POST
WHEREAS a request has been received for a 5' x 8'
freestanding sign to identify the Veterans of Foreign Wars
Lembezeder-Cook Post 8171 of Muskego, Wis. Memorial Building
at S83 W20778 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS this sign meets the Guidelines for Sign Approval
and the Zoning Ordinance requirements for freestanding signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the 5' x 8' identification
sign for the VFW Post at S83 W20778 Janesville Road, to be
located at the base setback line.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to the removal of the existing freestanding sign on the
property.
