ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
A. L. ENGPZAN
WHEREAS A. L. Engman, W191 S7509 Richdorf Drive, has
requested permission to construct an,8'x 16'. unattached,
second garage structure for storage purposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such structure would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of A. L. Engman for an 8'x 16', unattached, second garage
structure for storage purposes at W191 S7509 Richdorf Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
