APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN AND DENIAL OF ADDITION TO FREESTANDING SIGN
MUSKEGO BRANCH STATE BANK HALES CORNERS
WHEREAS a request has been received from the So-Lite
Neon Sign Co. to add an 16" x 46" "tyme is money" sign to
the existing non-conforming freestanding sign, and a 16" x 42"
"tyme is money" flat wall sign to the canopy preskntly being
conskructed on-the~west side of the Muskego Branch State Bank
Hales Corners building at S76 W17665 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS the addition to the freestanding sign does not
meet the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance, and

WHEREAS the flat wall sign on the canopy does meet the
requirements of the Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request for a 16" x 42"
flat wall sign on the canopy and deny the request for an 18" x 46"
addition to the freestanding sign at S76 W17665 Janesville Road.
