APPROVAL OF FREESTANDING SIGN
PEERLESS GEAR - MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS a request has been received from Korn Sign
Service for a 4' x 10' double face, freestanding sign to
identify Peerless Gear and Engineering in the Muskego Business/
Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS this sign meets the Guidelines for Sign Approval
and the Zoning Ordinance requirements for freestanding signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the 4' x 10' freestanding
sign for Peerless Gear and Engineering at W183 S8253 Racine
0 Avenue in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, to be located
with a minimum setback of .lO$,fb. from, the base setback line on
Racine Avenue.
