ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF ACCESSORY BUILDING
ANTHONY VITRANO
WHEREAS Anthony Vitrano, W208 S8861 Hillendale Drive,
has requested permission to construct a 24' x 30', unattached
garage on his property, and
WHEREAS the addition of this structure would bring the
total accessory buildings on his property to 4,122 sq. ft.,
which would be 1.89% of this 5.11 acre parcel, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission may permit the outbuildings
to exceed 1% of the lot area in predominately undeveloped
areas.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the addition of a
24' x 30' unattached garage on the Anthony Vitrano property
at W208 S8861 Hillendale Drive.
