ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF ADDITION TO ACCESSORY BUILDING
DANNY SOCHA
WHEREAS a request has been received from Danny C. Socha,
W139 S9188 Boxhorn Drive, to construct a 16' 4" x 36' addition
to an existing 12' x 15' 8" accessory building, and
WHEREAS it is over 120 sq. ft. and there is another
garage on the property for storage purposes along with an
accessory building used as a tool shed, and
WHEREAS this parcel is under 120,000 sq. ft. and only
one accessory building is permitted and a second garage is per-
mitted with Plan Commission approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of D. Socha
for a 16' 4" x 36' addition to an existing 12' x 15' 8" accessory
building for use as a game room and defined as a "second garage"
for zoning purposes.
