ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE
DAN L. NAVARRETE
WHEREAS Dan L. Navarrete, S71 W19524 Maple Court, has
requested permission to construct a 12' x 12', unattached,
second garage structure on his property for storage purposes,
and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) of the City of Muskego does
hereby approve the request of Dan L. Navarrete for a 12' x 12',
unattached, second garage structure for storage purposes at
S71 W19524 Maple Court.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
