RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE REZONING REQUEST
DURHAM TRUCK AND AUTO
WHEREAS Dale Pelzek has submitted a petition to amend
the Zoning Districting Map to rezone the parcel known as W124
S10391 124th Street from Agricultural to Agricultural (OHS) to
permit the use of the existing building for an automotive body
work and painting shop, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS the use proposed would be permitted with the
Highway Service overlay under a Conditional Use Grant.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that the parcel at W124 S10391 124th Street be rezoned from
Agricultural to Agricultural (OHS) to permit the use of the
existing building by Durham Truck and Auto for an automotive
body work and painting shop.
