APPROVAL OF REVISED OPERATIONAL PIAN
PARADISE POOLS
WHEREAS Merlin L Richardson, Paradise Pools, has re-
quested a change of use for the building located at S80 W19025
Janesville Road (currently My-T Automotive), and
WHEREAS the use proposed is an in-ground pool sales and
service business, and
WHEREAS this use is a use permitted by right in this RS-2
(00s) District, i.e. a customer service establishment of a re-
strictive nature, and
WHEREAS the front of the building would be used for an
office and display area and the rear and garage would be used
for a warehouse and shop, with no outside storage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised operational
plan to permit this change of use to an in-ground pool sales
and service business at S80 W19025 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the temporary above-ground pool
display proposed to be located to the east of the building shall
be limited to the time period of April 1st to August 1st each
year, and the sign shall neet the requirements established by
this commission
