resolution.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE RE. SOLAR ACCESS
1.03 PURPOSE
3rd sentence - change "to provide adequate light and air"
to "to provide adequate light, air and solar access".
2.02 SPECIFIC WORDS AND PHRASES
Add - Solar " Access: Access to the solar rays.
Add - Solar Collector: A device, or combination of
devices, structure, or part of a device or structure
that transforms direct solar energy into thermal,
chemical, or electrical energy and that contributes
significantly to a structure s energy supply.
(Renumber entire section to include 69 and 90 in proper
alphabetical order)
