APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
BEATRICE M. STELMASZEWSKI
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Claude C.
Johnson, land surveyor., dated March 11, 1981, has been sub-
mitted to finalize a two parcel redivision of Lot 3, Block
13, Jewel Crest Subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for
this redivision in Resolution #P. C. 13-81 (As Amended) on
March 3, 1981, pursuant to Section 2.5 of the Land Division
Ordinance.
e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey
map to finalize a two parcel redivision of the Beatrice M.
Stelmaszewski property in the Jewel Crest Subdivision, and
recommends approval to the Common Council.
