APPROVAL OF FENCE
THOMAS AND NANCY BERKEN
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Thomas and
Nancy Berken for permission to erect a 4' high Century fence
along the west lot line of their property at S72 W17130-40
Briargate Lane, and
WHEREAS the proposed location of the fence is located
in the proposed road right-of-way, and
WHEREAS the Berkens have submitted a statement in
writing accepting responsibility for removing the fence in
the event Lannon Drive would be widened, in accordance with
Section 5.02 (2) E. of the Zoning Ordinance.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Thomas and
Nancy Berken to erect a 4' high Century fence along the west
lot line of their property at S72 W17130-40 Briargate Lane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event Lannon Drive
would be widened, it would be the responsibility of the owners
to remove the fence at their expense.
