ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
DONALD E. WENZEL
WHEREAS Donald E. Wenzel, W129 S6622 Somerset Circl.e,
has requested permission to construct a 12' x 14', unattached,
second garage structure on his property for storage
purposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reason-
able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) of the City of Muskego does
hereby approve the request of Donald E. Wenzel for a 12' x 14',
unattached, second garage structure at W129 S6622 Somerset
Circle.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residen-
tial neighborhood.
