APPROVAL OF BROADCASTING TOWER
ALLEN R. HODGSON
WHEREAS Allen R. Hodgson, S71 W14883 Westcot Drive, has
requested permission to erect a 70' broadcasting tower to
be located 40' from the rear of his dwelling with an offset
of 25' from the northwest lot line, and
WHEREAS Section 5.03 (2) D. of the Zoning Ordinance
states that broadcasting towers are excepted from the height
regulations of all districts, with Plan Commission approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Allen R.
Hodgson for a 70' broadcasting tower to be located 40' from
the rear of his dwelling with an offset of 25' from the north-
west lot line, at S71 W14883 Westcot Drive.
