APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR TRUCK PARKING PERMIT
DONALD GARFIELD
WHEREAS a request has been received from Donald Garfield
to permit the parking of trucks and commercial equipment on
the property at W219 S7214 Crowbar Drive, and
WHEREAS this property is zoned RCE and parking of trucks
and equipment may be permitted by the Plan Commission if in
their opinion the area is predominantly undeveloped..
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Donald Garfield
to permit the parking of trucks and commercial equipment on the
property at W219 S7214 Crowbar Drive, subject to the following
conditions
1. The parking of all trucks and commercial equipment
shall be limited to the area east of the existing
tlwdwelBing on the property.
2. The parking shall be limited to the following
a. 350 John Deere bulldozer
b. 420 International loader backhoe
c. 12' tandem utility trailer
e. Machinery mover semi-trailer
d. 22' tri-axle utility trailer
f. Lincoln gas engine welder
3. This permit shall be subject..to r.eview by the Plan
Commission at the end of one year.
