APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SbRVEY MAP
ROLFSON/UPFIELD - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Robert Page1
dated February 1, 1981, has been submitted to the Plan
Commission for a four parcel division of the Ethelyn and Lois
Rolfson and Ramona Upfield property located atfhe southwest
corner of Racine Avenue and Denoon Road in the Town of Norway,
and
WHEREAS this property is within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEE that the Plan Cormnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted for a four parcel division of the Rolfson/Upfield
property located at the southwest corner of Racine Avenue and
Denoon Road, and recormnends approval to the Cormnon Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
thew dedication of Denoon Road and the approval of the
City Engineer.
