APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED 'SURVEY MAP
ROLFSON/UPFIELD - CITY OF MUSKEGO/TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Robert Pagel
dated February 9, 1981, has been submitted to the Plan
Comission for a three parcel division of the Ethelyn and Lois
Rolfson and Ramona Upfield property located at the northwest
corner of Racine Avenue and Denoon Road in the SW 114 of
Section 32 in the City of Muskego and the NW 1/4 of Section 5
in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS the lots more than meet the requirements of the
zoning ordinance, and
WHEREAS a 69.3 ft. strip is located in the City of Muskego,
and
WHEREAS the remainder of the parcel is within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted for a three parcel division of the Rolfson/Upfield
property located at the northwest corner of Racine Avenue and
Denoon Road, and recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the ~ dedication of Denoon Road and the approval of the
City Engineer.
