DENIAL OF REQUEST FOR TRUCK PARKING PERMIT
DONALD GARFIELD
WHEREAS a request has been received from Donald Garfield
to permit the parking of trucks and commercial equipment on
the property at W219 S7214 Crowbar Drive, and
WHEREAS this property is zoned RCE and parking of trucks
and equipment may be permitted by the Plan Commission if in
their opinion the area is predominatly undeveloped, and
WHEREAS a “predominantly undeveloped” area shall be defined
as any area where there are no more than 3 homes within a radius
of 600 feet of the proposed parking site, and
WHEREAS this property is located directly across from the
Major Manor Subdivision in the Town of Vernon, in addition to
several other homes within 800 ft.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Donald Garfield
to permit the parking of trucks and commercial equipment on the
property at W219 S7214 Crowbar Ijrive.
