APPROVAL OF FREESTANDING SIGN
DICK SCHAUMBERG
WHEREAS a request has been received from Dick Schaumberg
for permission to erect an approximately 39 sq. ft., non-
illuminated freestanding sign to advertise !'You Bet'Cha Boots"
and "Kurth House Antiques" at W145 S6645 Tess Corners Dr., and
WHEREAS a 39 sq. ft. sign, located at the base setback
line which is 50' from the centerline of Tess Corners Drive,
is permitted in this B-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Dick
Schaumberg to erect a freestanding sign to advertise "You Bet'
Cha Boots" and "Kurth House Antiques" at W145 S6645 Tess Corners
Drive, subject to the condition that the sign not exceed 39 sq.
ft. and be located no closer to Tess Corners Drive than the
base setback line, and no closer than 3' to any property line.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the condition that all existing signson the property be removed.
