DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
ALAN AND SHERRY SCHNEIDER
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Alan and Sherry
Schneider for a two parcel division of their property at
S94 W14358 Ryan Drive in the SE 114 of Section 23, and
WHEREAS this property is zoned R-2 which requires an
average width of 175' and 60,000 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS this proposed division would create two lots
averaging 129' in width and 49,470 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS this area is not intended to be sewered prior
to the year 2005.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Alan and
Sherry Schneider for a two parcel division of their property
at S94 W14358 Ryan Drive in the SE 114 of Section 23.
