PCR1981005RESOLUTION #P. C. 5-81 RECOMMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TEMPORARY SIGNS WHEREAS the Zoning Ordinance provides that when a temporary sign for the purpose of designating a new building or development, for promotion of a subdivision, etc. is not located on the premises involved, such sign may be permitted for a period not to exceed 9 months, and WHEREAS most subdivisiors are not developed within that time and it would be more desirable to grant more time based upon the condition of the sign and the number of lots sold. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the 1 that read City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Counci Section 6.10 (12) D. of the Zoning Ordinance be amended to as follows : 17 6.10(12)D. Where the sign is not to be located on the premises involved such sign may be permitted for a period up to nine months and extension may be permitted for six month intervals with Plan Comission approval until such time as 75% of development has occurred.
