APPROVAL OF FREESTANDING SIGN
INDEPENDENCE BANK
WHEREAS a request has been received fron Federal Sign
for permission to erect a 48 sq. ft., internally illuminated,
freestanding sign for Independence Bank Muskego, to replace
the First National Bank of Waukesha sign at S69 W15612
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS the proposed location is shown to be 70' from
the front of the building, and
WHEREAS a 48 sq. ft. sign is permitted in this B-3 District
andbelocated at the base setback line, which is 60 ft. from the
centerline of Janesville Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Federal Sign
to erect a 48 sq ft., internally illuminated, freestanding
sign for Independence Bank Muskego no closer than the base
setback line, at S69 W15612 Janesville Road.
