APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN
FRED'S FOTO FAST
WHEREAS Mr. Fred Washa has requested approval of a 36 sq.
ft. flat wall sign to be erected on the building at S75 W17461-63
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS the proposed sign will be red, blue and black on
a white background, will be non-illuminated, and will be under
the 5% allowed for flat wall signs in this B-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the 36 sq. ft. flat wall
sign for Fred's Foto Fast at S75 W17461-63 Janesville Road.
