CHANGE OF USE REQUEST
DURHAM TRUCK AND AUTO
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Florian Lapczynski
for approval of the Plan Commission to change the use at
W124 S10391 124th Street from the production of ceramic figurines
to automotive body work and painting, but not including the
storage of junked or wrecked automobiles and parts, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 4.06 of the Zoning
Ordinance, the Plan Commission must determine if the new use
would result in greater or no less degree of conformity, and
WHEPSAS the Plan Commission has determined that this use
would result in a greater degree of non-conformity than the
previous use, and
WHEREAS the zoning would have to be changed in order that
this use may be conforming.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby determine that the change of use
from the production of ceramic figurines to automotive body work
and painting would result in a greater degree of non-conformity
than that which would be permitted in this Agricultural zoning.
