APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN
CLASS TRAVEL
WHEREAS a request has been received from Class Travel
for a 33" x 36" flat wall sign to be attached to the building
between the picture window and the east edge of the building
at 573 W16485 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS the proposed sign will be white with blue
lettering, will be non-illunimated, and will be under the
5% allowed for flat wall signs in this RS-2 (OHS) District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the 33" x 36" flat wall
sign for Class Travel at S73 W16485 Janesville Road.
