APPROV~ OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
CITY-OWNED PROPERTY ON McSHANE
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by John Mielke
dated December 11, 1980, has been submitted to finalize a
three parcel division of the City-owned property at the inter-
section of McShane and Fairfield in the SW 114 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS a sketch for this division was approved by the
Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C. 107-80 on October 21, 1980.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
e the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize a three
parcel division of the City-owned property at the intersection
of McShane and Fairfield in the SW 114 of Section 12.
