APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
KOSOBUCKI BROTHERS
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Kit Kuokkanen
dated November 21, 1980, has been submitted to finalize a two
parcel division of the Kosobucki property on Mystic Drive in
the NW 114 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS a sketch for this division was approved by the
Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C. 110-80 on November 18, 1980,
and
WHEREAS these lots have passed the test for on-site waste
disposal systems.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for a two parcel division of the Kosobucki property on Mystic
Drive, and recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the City Engineer, and the submittal of the
$400.00 fee in lieu of park dedication.
