APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
JOSEPH P. BEATKA
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Claude C.
Johnson, land surveyor, dated December 10, 1980, has been
submitted to finalize a three parcel division of the Joseph
Beatka property on Tans and Hillendale Drives in the NE 1/4
of Section 5, and
WHEREAS a sketch for this division was approved by the
Plan Comission in Resolution #P. C. 69-80 on July 15, 1980.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for a three parcel division of the Beatka property on Tans and
Hillendale Drives, and recommends approval to the Comon Council
a
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Engineer, and the submittal of the $400.00
fee in lieu of park dedication.
