APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL bSE GRANT #66
JOSEPH P. BEATKA
WHEREAS Conditional Use Grant #66 was issued on May 1, 1973
for the Joseph P. Beatka property at S66 W19444 Tans Drive
for the operation of a pattern making business by G & W Patterns,
and
WHEREAS Mr. Beatka has petitioned for expansion of that
grant to construct a 38' x%' building on his property for
the fabrication of counter tops, and
32' x 54'
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS this use is permitted in this B-2 District under
a conditional use grant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the expansion of conditional
use grant #66 forthe purpose of constructing a 30' x +@' building
for the fabrication of counter tops, subject to the condition
that no outside storage shall be permitted.
