RECOMMENDATION FOR RENEWAL OF PERMIT
PAYNE 6. DOLAN OF WISCONSIN
PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT
WHEREAS Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin has submitted a
request for renewal of their permit which expired Decem-
ber 1, 1980, for continued operation of the portable asphalt
plant on Crowbar Road on the State Sand & Gravel site at
W217 S8415 Crowbar Rd., and
WHEREAS this is a permitted accessory use in accordance
with Section 6.07 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESGLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common
Council that the permit for continued operation of the portable
asphalt plant on Crowbar Road be renewed for one year.
