APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLAN
MOLLGAARD BUILDING
WHEREAS in Resolution #P. C. 151-74 (As Amended) the
Plan Commission approved the Building and Operational Plans
for the Max Mollgaard Building at W146 S6450 Tess Corners
Drive subject to the condition that landscaping plans and
a revised site plan be submitted showing a redesign of the
asphalt parking area which encroaches upon the utility
easement, and
WHEREAS the Superintendent of Public Works has advised
that the placement of asphalt over the utility easement is
permitted, and
WHEREAS Villa Engineers have submitted a Site Development
Plan dated March 3, 1980 for Plan Commission approval, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
landscaping shown and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Landscaping Plan for
the Mollgaard building at W146 S6450 Tess Corners Drive.
