BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Architectural Sub-
committee, does hereby the request of
(approve/disapprove)
Tony Charland for a freestanding sign'at W145 S6645 Tess
Corners Drive to advertise the "House of Treasures" and
"You Bet 'Cha Boots".

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this sign shall be designed
as presented to the Subcommittee, shall not exceed 39 sq. ft.
in size, located at the base setback line, and shall replace
all existing freestanding signs on the property.
