APPROVAL OF REVISED OPERATIONAL PLAN
ROGER AND DEBRA COUCH
WHEREAS Roger and Debra Couchh:he requested a change
of use for the building located at 580 W19025 Janesville
Road (currently My-T Automotive), and
WHEREAS the use proposed is an electrical contracting
business (Arc Electric), and
WHEREAS this use is a use permitted by right in this
RS-2 (00s) District, i.e. a customer service establishment
of a restrictive nature, and
WHEREAS the front of the building would be used for an
office and the rear and'garage would be used for storage of
electrical equipment.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised operational
plan to permit this change of use to an electrical contracting
business at SSO W19025 Janesville Road which is zoned RS-2 (00s).
