EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT

BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby acknowledge receipt of a petition from
Joseph P. Beatka for expansion of Conditional Use Grant 1\66
to permit the addition of a 30' x 50' building on his
property at the intersection of Tans Drive and Hillendale
Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing to consider
this petition shall be held on December 16, 1960 at 7:45 P.M.
