APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
KOSOBUCKI BROS.
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Kosobucki Bros.
for a two parcel division of their property in the NW 1/4 of
Section 14, and
WHEREAS this area is zoned RS-2 and the proposed parcels
more than meet the requirements for this district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted
by the Kosobucki Brothers for a two parcel division of their
property on Mystic Drive in the NW 1/4 of Section 14.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Comission will be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize
this division, along with a $25.00 fee to assist in defraying
the cost of review and a fee of $400
