APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
DUPLEX - THOMAS BEFXEN
WHEREAS Thomas Berken has petitioned for a Conditional
Use Grant for the purpose of constructing a duplex on his
property at the intersection of Lannon Drive and Briargate Lane
in the Meadow Dale Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the plans submitted are for a done-type structure
with attached garage, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED chat the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a conditional use for the
property at the intersection of Lannon Drive and Briargate
Lane for the purpose of constructing a dome-type structure to
be used as a duplex, subject to the rezoning of the property
from RS-2 (OLR) to RS-2 (OD) (overlay for duplex).
