APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
CITY-OWNED PROPERTY ON McSHANE
WHEREAS the Common Council has requested the Plan
Cournission to consider a, three parcel division of the City-
owned property at the intersection of McShane and Fairfield
in the SW 1/4 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS these lots would more than meet the require-
ments of this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a three
parcel division of the City-owned property at the-intersection
of McShane and Fairfield in the SW 114 of Section 12, and
would be receptive to the receipt of a certified survey map
to finalize this division.
