RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF BERKEN REZONING REQUEST
(RS-2 OLR to RS-2 OD)
WHEREAS Thomas Berken has petitioned the Common Council
to rezone the property on the corner of Lannon Drive and
Briargate Lane in Meadow Dale Subdivision in the NW 1/4 of
Section 10 from RS-2 (OLR) to RS-2 (OD) (overlay for duplex)
to permit the construction of a duplex, and
WHEREAS duplexes are allowed in an OD District as a
conditional use, and
WHEREAS the Plan Comission has informally reviewed the
sketch of the proposed building, and
WHEREAS the planning consultant has recommended approval
of the rezoning
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that the property on the corner of Lannon Drive and Briargate
Lane in the Meadow Dale Subdivision be rezoned from RS-2 (OLR)
to RS-2 (OD) to permit the construction of a duplex.
