ARCHITECTURAL RE-APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
EDMUND MIINSKI
WHEREAS the Plan Comission approved the request of
Edmund Kaminski for a 24' x 26'. unattached, second garage
structure on his property at S69 W12956 Woods Road, in
Resolution #P. C. 187-79 adopted December 18, 1979, and
WHEREAS Mr. Kaminski has submitted a revised site plan
and request for a 30' x 24' unattached, second garage struc-
ture, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reason-
0 able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby re-approve the request
of Edmund Kaminski for a second garage structure to be 30' x 24'
and located as shown on the amended site plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
