RECOMMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
ACCESSORY BUILDINGS
WHEREAS stables, barns, poultry houses, sheds and other
similar structures are limited to 1% of the lot area on lots
of at least 120,000 sq. ft. up to and including 400,000 sq. ft.
and
WHEREAS in the opinion of the Plan Comission, a larger
outbuilding could be permitted in the undeveloped areas of the
City
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that Section 8.01 (7) B. 2. of the Zoning Ordinance be amended
to read as follows:
17:8.01(7)B.2. On lots of at least 120,000 square
feet and up to and including 400,000 square feet,
stables, barns and poultry houses, sheds and other
similar structures are permitted. However, all

such buildings exceeding 240 square feet are sub-
floor area of all outbuildinns combined shall not
exceed 1% of the lot area, except that in predominately
undeveloped areas the Plan Comission may permit the
outbuildings to exceed 1X of the lot area, and the
buildings housing domestic livestock or poultry shall
not be closer than 50 feet to the lot line. The height
of these buildings shall not exceed 25 feet.
