APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING. SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN

MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
DON MILLER WAREHOUSE
WHEREAS the building, site and operational plans were
approved by the Plan Commission for the Don Miller Warehouse/
Office, S82 W18848 Gemini Drive in the Muskego Business/
Industrial Park on May 1, 1979 and later revised to include
a loading dock on March 18, 1980, and
WHEREAS a concept sketch for an addition to the building
was approved by the Plan Commission on September 16, 1980, and
WHEREAS detailed plans have now been submitted for a 50'
x 100' addition to the existing building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised building, site
and operational plans for the Don Miller WarehousefOffice to
permit a 50' x 100' addition to the existing building.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a landscape plan shall be
submitted to the Plan Commission for approval prior to occupancy.
